Lead Your Organization with Brain Science

Neuroscience and psychology offer scientific backing for several new management techniques. Learn what makes memory work—and fail—so you can both teach and learn as effectively as possible. Learn the power and limits of the prefrontal cortex, and how to help employee brains work at their best. Learn to manage stress—especially social stress so common in the office—that adversely affects brain performance.

“Scott offers a science based view to managing performance that is unique. My management teams are using his insights to help improve productivity and morale for our product development organization”  Chris Satchell, CTO and EVP of R&D, IGT

Lot’s of great takeaways from those few hours and I’m eagerly trying to use what i learned that day while on the job.” Justing Thavirat, Blizzard Entertainment

Truly Tapping Your Strengths

Conventional wisdom holds that the key to success is finding and fixing your weaknesses.  The “strengths movement” maintains that the key to success is discovering and using your strengths more on the job. This practical workshop steps through discovering, understanding, and using your strengths and those of your colleagues—not just for 1 day, but for the rest of your life.

Interactivity and Support
All of Scott’s presentations are interactive; longer workshops allow for more hands-on application. Handouts are provided with summary information, activities and additional reading for participants. Follow up programs ensure sustained impact and can be custom designed for each organization or individual.
